Phase 2

(Prerequisite: OICC, B2C) With the support found in the ISOMA framework and Biology to Cosmos (B2C), next in the OI HEART Coach (OIHC) program comes training in Phase 2 (P2). In the Phase 2 course OI Coaches look at the uniquely transformative role of this Phase, including the transition from Phase 1 to Phase 3. Participants study the early, middle, and late designations of Phase 2, as well as its fractal nature of the 3 phase dynamic within it. Recognizing the key indicators of early, middle, and late Phase 2 provides the attunement necessary for supporting a client’s growth of integrative impulse in this Phase. A host of techniques will be discussed in each of the five Modules that provide the precise support for which the client’s system is asking. Participants will learn a broad sampling of actionable tools which will build their therapeutic toolkit. More importantly, participants learn the vital framework for recognizing which is the right tool for the right moment. This involves recognizing a client’s trajectory that includes their own use of tools that are strategies, choices, and actions related to positively influencing their inner and outer environments.
